1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, since the company kept growing, we move to different warehouses in distributed locations in EU so we can handle a expedited worldwide shipping via DHL.
2. How long are the shipping times?
Please allow for delivery from 1-4 to business days to the U.S, Europe and the Middle East
Shipping to all other locations can take between 8 to 15 business days.
3. When will my order be shipped?
We fulfill orders and ship them 3-5 business days after the payment.
4. My order has not arrived yet.
In case that your order is taking too long due to an uncommon logistic problem, we encourage you to send us an email to into@nahalspring.com so we can provide you further information about your order.

5. How secure is my payment?
We use Stripe checkouts since is one of the safest payment gateways available today. Your are protected against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.
6. How do I change or cancel my order?
We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message before the first 24 hours from the payment we can make a change, otherwise we can´t. We do not accept order cancellations.
7. My order arrived but it is damaged
In that case, send us an e-mail and we will send you another one totally free.
